Vince Robertson has been an employee at Mainzeal Property and Construction,
Wellington Branch for the past six years. During this period Vince has worked in two of Minzeal's operating divisions,
Mainworks as a Quantity Surveyor and more recently as Senior Quantity Surveyor / Divisional Estimator.
For the
3 years with Mainzeal Interiors Vince was solely responsible for securing and pricing all new work. Over this time the
division grew from a $12million business to $22million operation maintaining above market returns and successfully delivering
in excess of twenty separate construction projects each year. Vince played a key role in the division's success
with his reliable and diligent manner ensuring deadlines were met. His very sound technical and commercial knowledge
helped identify and close out project risk and maximise any potential opportunities. Vince has a very solid understanding
of financial management within the construction industry and was comfortable applying his sklls to a variety of project procurement
methods for a diverse range of clents and consultants.
In a team-orientated industry Vince stood out as someone who
worked exceptionally well with others. His ability to engage people across diverse backgrounds and get the best out
of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants alike proved invaluable. Vince is not afraid to bring people together to
work through conflict or difference in a drive toward positive outcomes.

has 120 staff and Vince coordinated various social and team building events for the branch. His ability to bring
people together, create an atmosphere of fun and an opportunity for others to participate was very much apreciated by senior
management.
